Electroless Nickel Plating (ENP)
Electroless Nickel Plating is a highly versatile and precise surface finishing process that deposits a uniform layer of Nickel onto various metal and non-metal substrates through an autocatalytic reaction, without the need for electrical current. During the process, the substrate surface is activated with a chemical solution, allowing the Nickel Ions to deposit uniformly, even on complex shapes and internal surfaces. Electroless Nickel Plating offers exceptional benefits, such as excellent corrosion resistance, wear protection, and electrical conductivity, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of applications in industries like Fire Suppression, Oil & Gas, Mining, Heavy Machinery, Defence and more. This reliable and controllable plating technique enhances the durability and performance of components, ensuring they can withstand harsh environments and demanding operational conditions with ease.

Zinc Plating (ZN)
Zinc Pating, also known as galvanizing, is a widely used electrochemical process that applies a protective Zinc coating to various metal substrates. During the plating process, the metal substrate is immersed in a Zinc electrolyte bath and an electric current is applied, causing Zinc ions to be deposited onto the surface. The Zinc coating forms a sacrificial layer that acts as a barrier, shielding the underlying metal from corrosion and rusting. Zinc plating is valued for its exceptional corrosion resistance, making it an excellent choice for parts exposed to outdoor environments or corrosive elements. Additionally, the process provides an aesthetically pleasing finish with a bright, silver-like appearance. Zinc Plating finds extensive use in industries such as Industrial Equipment, Mining, Heavy Machinery, Defence and more, where its protective qualities and cost-effectiveness contribute to the longevity and reliability of various components.

Cobalt Plating (CB)
Cobalt plating is a specialized electroplating process that deposits a layer of Cobalt onto metal substrates, enhancing their surface properties and performance. This plating technique involves immersing the substrate in an electrolyte solution containing Cobalt Ions, and an electric current is applied to facilitate the deposition process. Cobalt plating offers remarkable benefits, primarily known for its exceptional wear resistance and hardness. The plated Cobalt layer forms a durable and protective barrier, making it highly suitable for components subjected to abrasive environments, heavy loads, or high-friction conditions. Cobalt plating finds extensive application in industries such as aerospace, oil and gas, automotive, and electronics, where its wear-resistant properties improve the longevity and reliability of critical components, ensuring they withstand the most demanding operational challenges with ease.
